Answer to the previous challenge: Edenville dam collapse, Midland, Michigan. The images were captured on July 2nd 2016 and May 20th 2020 by the high spatial resolution SkySat satellites. The post-failure image shows the breached dam, with water flowing out of Wixom lake.
