Answer to the previous challenge: Arecibo Observatory, Puerto Rico. The image was captured by the high spatial resolution SkySat satellites that provide 50 cm spatial resolution optical imagery. The image shows the damage to the reflector dish after an auxiliary cable that supported the receiver platform broke. The incident occurred early in the morning on August 10th 2020, and the image was captured at 10:50am that same day.
